We had a power cut for more then an hour, no one could tell us if we need to leave the hotel, or stay inside, fire department arrived and was a little bit confusing, no organization regarding the situation

Everything was very nice, especially the location. The only two complaints from our stay is that we were not initially told that the hotel had beach chairs and boogey boards which were available for our use, and we ran into some problems with the parking lot. The "pass" that we were issued for the lot did not work properly and we were not able to get the car out the morning that we needed to leave for the airport. Fortunately I was able to find a work-around, but it was certainly a bit frustrating. On the other hand, valet parking is even more expensive, so this was not too bad of a problem. It is a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay very much?

The hotel is located right on a main drag of Waikiki so it was a bit noisy at times, however, being able to people watch from our balcony was entertaining as well. The room itself was good but needs some upgrades and carpet removal. The carpets are very stained and dirty looking and because of the humidity in the area, they smell musty. Staff were very pleasant to deal with. LOVED having a laundry facility on our floor, very convenient and the price is right. Also loved having ice available at all times. I would recommend this hotel.

It was ok but minimal. Location and mattress were very good. The rooms are worn out. TV was not great and there were almost no electrical outlets available. People at the desk were nice. It was fine for an overnight, but that’s about all. Too expensive for the lack of amenities.

Very convenient location, close to beaches , shopping and restaurants. The staff was excellent! I had a little inconvenience with my room but they took care of me right away! Very friendly staff. Room was equipped with kitchenette, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. I will definitely be coming back!

Walked to the beach throught the park. Shopping and dining all walking distance. City bus available for further attractions. Anoying salesman right next to the hotel pestering every time you walk by to sell products from his salon. Clean room. Hallway smelled of ammonia.
