Unit 1428 could easily be "lived" in. Lots of cabinet space, storage, shelving, and bedroom closet by California Closets. A full kitchen featuring Espresso kitchen cabinets and granite counter-tops, travertine kitchen floor, new floor throughout living and bedroom area, completely remodeled bathroom featuring custom tiling, and Toto accessories. Large lanai with gorgeous Hilton Lagoon, Marina, and endless ocean views.

If you plan on renting a car, we suggest contacting the hotel for the valet parking rates. The last time I checked the parking rates were $45/day. There is also public paid parking along the boat harbor with a rates of $1/hour.
If you only need a car for one day, some of our guests have rented a car just for the day from the car rental facilities in Waikiki, but make reservations in advance as they get rented quickly.

Overall, ok. Rooms sliding doors were difficult to open and close and did not lock. Theroom was dark. Not much lighting. Room was reasonably clean, just a bit grimey. The kitchen needs a good scrubbing! Overall, a pleasant experience. Room just needs a little TLC.

Loved being on this end of Waikiki! Great views with food and board rentals on site. Great happy hour top of Hotel. The condo is nice plenty of room and bed comfortable! Could have used hot pads for the oven and a baking dish to bake in but otherwise all was great!

Property located close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. Excellent location! Bed was comfortable, large kitchen and the air conditioning was great. Great view of lagoon and ocean so very nice relaxing on the lanai. Large closet with plenty of space for clothes and shoes. Room was close to the elevator but not noisy. Only recommendation would be to clean the couch upholstery. It was very dirty and I put a towel on it to sit on it. It's beige so not an easy color to keep clean. Overall it was a great property and I would stay there again.

The property itself was very good. It had been modernised somewhat and was very comfortable and functional. If there are any complaints it would be with the Ililikai building itself. It is in need of some fixes and upgrades. Specifically: * The elevators are terrible and very run down. * There is no access to the fitness room and it was quite poor. * The onsite restaurant is poor and only occasionally open

Ilikai Studio Condo #1428
Great location to pools, lagoon. Ala Moana Shopping Center, restaurants, some groceries. This unit just needs a couple of touch-ups but is comfortable and the wooden wall accents are a nice touch. The carpet needs to be re-stretched and spot cleaned. The cushions on the lanai furniture need to be cleaned and the sliding doors are difficult to open and close. The kitchen is updated and clean and has the items you need to cook. (Needs a new can opener and I left salt and pepper shakers for the next guests.). There are two beach chairs and some boogie boards in the closet. Nice tv and plenty of beach towels. (Tv instructions would have helped us). Bathroom door squeaks - WD-40 would solve that problem. If this unit sleeps 4 then it should have at least one chair for sitting in the living space. We enjoyed our two week stay and would come back.

Cozy but comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 teens!
The unit looked just as advertised with a king bed and a queen pull out. The view was great from the room and the kitchen was adequately equipped. WiFi worked great and the TV was a smart TV with access to Netflix and Hulu. There were plenty of towels and linens in the room and the AC worked really well. I was told they didn’t provide any beach equipment UNLESS the previous guests left them behind…well, the room had four beach towels, two beach chairs, two grass beach mats, and 3 boogie boards!!! And we left behind a nice floaty tube so you’re gonna be all set. We used the lanai tables and chairs to eat because there were only two stools for the kitchen counter but it really wasn’t a problem. I saw some complaining about the carpet and it probably could be replaced but it wasn’t terrible. Our teenage girls thought a full length mirror on one of the empty wall would have been nice and maybe a couple of hooks in the bathroom wall, LOL. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the convenient location. A short walk to Ala Moana mall as well as the rest of Waikiki. I highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!
