The room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. However, I was extremely disappointed that my request for an early check-in due, to my flight time, sent weeks and repeated days in advance, was met with empty promises. My wife and I had to wait 5 hrs until the standard checkin of 3pm even though the room was vacated in advance of 11am. Repeated visits to reception to request to expedite the room preparation was met with smiles but no action and an evident lack of communication within the hotel. I recommend OUTRIGGER look to provide an early check for early arrivals or at minimum a room where guests can change and freshen up after their travels.

Great location, good sized room with useful facilities. Check in process odd (you have to find a property a block away) with no prior communications that would be needed - luckily we found a friendly security guard, but without him we’d hav been complete lost and I don’t know how we would got into our room.

The company needs to do a better part on informing their customers about where the office is. The room itself was large with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The view from the balcony was amazing!

The Voyager 47 option worked great for us, starting each day with coffee and breakfast! The staff that worked there got to know us and offered suggestions on what to do next. Did not like the 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM garbage collection each day

love, love the superior convenience!!!! I'm handicap, so access to beach, food/restaurants, shopping was enormous relief from hotel. everything was extremely PERFECT!!! THE BUS & it's multi schedules/all bus drivers was accommodating completed the overall convenience of this property, (except checking in & out).

Nice basic beachfront accommodation
This property is in an amazing location on Waikiki beach. The condition of the complex is well maintained, and friendly staff. The actual unit was clean and accomdated 3 people easily. Even a nice view from the balcony! However the unit was a bit dated and very basic, it could use a little love to perk the place up. I recommend this location for families and people that dont mind basic clean accommodation. Also the property location is very walkable and several commerce beachside like lounge chair rentals, surf lessons, gift shop and several food vendors.

So when I reserved this hotel it said king bed. It was actually 2 full beds together so we had a slot in between the mattresses. We just laughed it off because hey we're in Hawaii. The room was actually smaller than we were expecting but it was fine considering it was just my wife and I. It was kinda strange in that it had mirrors on the wall above the bed on the walls and on the walls on the outside patio. We may admit though it was actually cool because you're literally right at the beach when you exit the back and in the front your just steps away from shops. We had a great view of the beach from the 7th floor. Although we didn't have room service we did have a washer and dryer which was nice considering we were there for 10 days but they should update their dryer because it had a hole in the drum but it did the job. Although we would stay there again we were really upset at the last staff member who wouldn't allow us to use the lobby bathroom just after we checked out, we felt that was very unprofessional. Other than her everything was very pleasant.

The place was centralized but not the cleanest spot. The bathroom sink smelled musky and so did the bathroom. When we flushed the toilet, it backed up so we had to call and have someone come fix it. If you are looking for a place just to sleep, this place will be perfect.
