The front desk was always empty both times I visited. Once for check in and then to check out. Any reference to when they would be back was incorrect.

Vista Mirage-Diamond in the rough!!!
I’ve stayed in loads of places like this over the last 20 years. Vista Mirage would’ve been one I’d pass over. However, that would be a mistake. The resort is older. That being said, it has been maintained impeccably. The staff were amazing from check in to check out. Maintenance was perfect. We had no power to outlets to the bathrooms. I called and in minutes it was corrected. The place was really cleaned well. The linens, which I’m very picky about, were also great. The sofas in the living room weren’t really comfortable but they are leather, so I was able to wipe them down before we used them. I own 4 timeshares and also travel a lot. This place is a diamond in the rough. Thank you management and staff for really make a crappy trip much more pleasant. Loved it and will be back.

Our party of six adults (two seniors, four young adults) really appreciated the warm pool and jucuzzi. We also found the kitchen very useful and well-equipped with a really nice big wooden table perfect for dining and playing cards/board games. The TVs in separte rooms were also nice and everything was very clean and in perfect working order. This is a very quiet and safe location but not far from downtown Palm Springs. Finally, they have tons of ripe grapefruit trees on the property (ready for picking) and a very nice tennis court (and two pools)

We had a delightful time at Vista Mirage Resort. The staff was truly caring and wonderful. From us arriving late and being greeted by Cindy the Security Guard, to our check in the next morning and then when we left they watched our luggage for the entire day!! Plus, this all took place Christmas week. Having worked hospitality, I know how hard it is to work when everyone else plays. Thank you for working so hard during the Holidays. We appreciate you!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Vista mirage the bed was comfortable, the customer service was amazing,the price was right, easy check out, everything was very nice/clean, downtown Palm springs close by and the location was great. I definitely plan on staying there again!!

I usually stay in town when I visit Palm Springs and don't need a car. If you stay at Vista Mirage if you want to get around a car is necessary. Although a great grocery store and other services are within a short walk. Room was very good. The complex very well kept and quite. I would stay there again.

A 3day Weekend in Palm Springs
Everything was great and everyone was very pleasant! We had a few light bulbs out, the ceiling fan didn’t work, and there was a stuffy moist smell when you first walk in but we enjoyed our stay.
