Perfect Place to Stay!
Property was very spacious and clean! Both beds were comfortable, nice patio that over looked a pond / pool area. Host was very accommodating and quick at responding! Full kitchen and living room space was nice, especially to save money and cook food / microwave dinners late at night after the festival when things were closed. Place is also located to grocery stores and fast food if you wanted too. Fairly close to the festival grounds. Would definitely recommend spot to others and stay here for Coachella again next year!

It was a lovely place to stay but they penny pinch you for the smallest things
Our experience was really great and they checked us in early to be able to get to Coachella afterwards. I do wish the complimentary coffee were for free for the entire stay and not just for one day, which there after you would have to purchase any additional commodities considering the amount of money you're paying for this place.
