Highly disappointed
Check-in went very well & the Representative was helpful and greeted us nicely. The room was an awkward shape which made it awkward to get around to the far side of the bed. This setup also prevented visibility to the TV because it was on the opposite side of the room. Also, the shower curtain was not adequate to prevent water from escaping the shower-bathtub combo. There should’ve been two layers (one inside the tub and one external). The worst part about the room was although when checking in I was assured that checkout was at 12 noon with a do not disturb on my outside doorhandle and an interior lock applied I still had housekeeping attempt to enter the room prior to 10am. This was quite disturbing. Breakfast was great because it was included with the reservation and it also included some made to order items.

Had an Excellent Stay
Embassy Suites was as expected. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly and the environment was very comfortable. Although they offered complementary drinks every evening, I was unable to partake in it. The breakfast was great. I would recommend this location. And the price was very reasonable. Conveniently located to shops/restaurants if you're driving. I had no complaints.

This was a very nice clean quiet property. The only thing I didn’t like was the fee for parking. Overall the food was great and so was the staff.

Very nice hotel that’s convenient to John Wayne Airport. Bed is comfortable and room very spacious with a separate living area and bedroom area. Will definitely stay here again when coming to Irvine

When we were waiting at the front desk to check-in on the 14th, i noticed the front desk agent gave a small bag that contains water and some snacks to the other guests. When we finished checking-in, i thought we will be given even one bag for water but the agent did not give us any, when there were still some bags on his back table. We bought 1-bottle of water for our 2 little kids to bring to the rooms from your snack stall. Also i would like to mention that Emma, at the front desk was not so approachable, not easy to talk to, i was under the impression that that’s how her personality is.

Very nicely maintained hotel in the middle of what appears to be a business area. Not very walkable but with some food options in the neighborhood.
