morning.
The sofa bed was terrible, and my daughter complained of back pain. The next day, around noon, instead of moving us back to our original room, the front desk put us in a room on the third floor. I specifically asked them to ensure there were no ants. We dropped our bags and went out, but when we returned around 9:30 pm,we found many ants in the bathroom.
We immediately called the front desk again. They said they would move us to a different room and offered another night of complimentary parking but said they couldn't do much else. They admitted that some rooms have ants and are usually put out of service. They moved us to the fourth floor. This was highly inconvenient, as we had to change rooms four times in two days, which is unacceptable. I'm not sure if the front desk was irritated with our complaints, but when she gave us the key card, it didn't work. I had to ask my daughter's boyfriend to go back down. When he arrived, she admitted she knew the key card wouldn't work. This hotel likely has an ant infestation, which poses health hazards. Management should address this issue immediately. This morning, ants in the AC window area.
