Clean and safe but the attempt to automate everything from touchless check-in to room services is a disaster. The overall impact is the creation of an environment that doesn't welcome human beings. Decorations in rooms all squares, no plants, ordering apps for restaurants that don't actually work - no answer on phone from Room Service, Guest Services, Restaurant and Front Desk. When staff are encountered they personally want to help and do care but this Hilton has put them in a position to fail. I hope this isn't the direction of other Hilton properties. Ugh.

Amazing property.
It was amazing, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I know the area well, but the team was checking in to make sure I had everything taken care of. My daughter and her best friend and I used the pool, dining services and the snack area and everything was top notch!

Only drawback is not the hotel's fault. It is across the street from the airport, but, for no good reason, you have to walk half a mile to get to a crosswalk. There is a free shuttle, though.
