Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The biggest issue was the loud noise coming from the AC unit in the room. The constant humming and rattling sound were incredibly disturbing and made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The staff couldn’t really do anything about it . Despite our attempts to adjust the settings or even turn it off, the noise persisted. This has been a frustrating experience, especially since restful sleep is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel. I cannot recommend staying here to anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The toilet seat is stained yellow (presumably urine), scratched, and looks permanently dirty. Although the cleaning lady had been cleaning the toilet, the yellow stain remained. On our way out, we asked for room cleaning one day, but it wasn't done. It is a bit cumbersome. The front desk personnel were very nice.

First time at a Hyatt House. Lobby was nicely decorated for the holiday. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen/bar staff friendly and attentive. We ordered food from the kitchen for a quick meal -- fresh sandwiches, large portions, with good fries. The room was clean and comfortably appointed. Though we didn't have a use for it this time, I liked that there was a guest laundry on-site. Since we were just visiting for a quick appointment in town we didn't rent a car for the visit so didn't explore the area. The hotel seemed to be in a business area...not sure about walkable shopping/dining. Though it was a last minute booking -- we chose it for proximity to airport, courtesy shuttle option and complimentary breakfast (early flight) -- we were more than pleasantly surprised with the property. Everyone was so nice at the checkin. Room was very clean. A little stain like a marker was on our blanket but it didn’t bother us, the bedding and mattress were so comfortable. Definitely would come back here again. We love staying at the Hyatt Houses. I must say though the parking here very affordable because other places they are just to expensive.
