The room was not ready for rental. Broken refrigerator, bathroom faucet doesn't worked properly and the shower head did not worked right at all. Really bad smell because of water from that broken refrigerator were running thru the floor. They provided nothing for those defects for one night then provided another room for me for the 2nd night, which was normal room. I would like to get a refund for one night at that horrible room.

No pool, no hot tub, no breakfast, coffee machine was down. Pay extra to go somewhere else.

thermostat and operational issues
got to my room and the air conditioner display showed 64 degrees. i had to put on a sweater. after playing with the thermostat for a while, i gave up. i turned it off and opened the window to get the room warmer. also, they mop down the lobby at 8am, so i had to wait outside for my uber instead of sitting inside. they need to mop the lobby at non-peak hours. other than that, the place was ok.

Deplorable. I could not stay. Management was zero help. Elevator has been broken for months. They would not help me carry luggage up a flight of stairs when I couldxnot by myself. The door handle to the room was broken.

We needed to place to go as the movers came and took our furniture, but we didn't plan to leave the house until the following day. We chose this place as it was only 15 minutes to our house and had one of the better rates since it is the height of summer. The gal working the front desk was very nice. I guess we didn't notice that there is also a parking fee ($9 I think). It's just a regular parking lot, so not sure why they charge. Per the other reviews, the elevator was still being renovated (wow, long time to do this project). We were traveling light and very able bodied so we took the top floor (3rd floor) and walked up the steps. This is an older property, but everything was fine. The only issue we had is the A/C fan in our room was loud and so was the old fan in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet nights sleep which we were looking for.
