Wonderful accessibility room, except towel rack near toilet that you can hit your arm on if you’re not careful. Breakfast has a wide variety of hot and cold foods… all delicious.

We have used this Hampton Inn whenever we come to Jax because of its convenient location to our family. Its quality has never deteriorated over the years. Breakfasts continue to be varied and tasty and the property continues to be well maintained

It was very pleasant! My only complaint is room 412 must have a band on the next floor! An awful lot of noisy footsteps a great part of the night!

For my son‘s health reasons, we had to leave one night early. Expedia would not credit me the night that we didn’t stay there. In fact, on the app there wasn’t even a box for me to check. And that’s even after I paid extra for travel insurance. a one star rating from me for sure.
