Very disappointed. I have make a reservation and paid in full for a room with two beds. When we arrive the room it's not available. They give me a room with 1 bed and the views are the HAVC units.

Company Holiday Party
We held our company Holiday Party in the ballroom. Approximately 150 people. It was absolutely Perfect! The food, the service, and the room preparation was just amazing. My wife and I also had a room for the night and not only was the room spacious and very clean, the view of lake was beautiful.
