Returning to our Destination Amelia rental program, 3314 Fairway Oaks welcomes guests to come enjoy its prime location on the south end of Amelia Island! Crisp, clean, and gorgeously redecorated, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom Amelia Island rental is located in the Fairway Oaks complex on the marshside of the Amelia Island Plantation. The gated AIP community is a beloved 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP.

From the moment the door swings open, 3314 Fairway Oaks seeks to impress with professionally designed decor, a completely renovated kitchen and bathrooms, and spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Perhaps the crown jewel that sets this property apart is its stunning sunroom with tile flooring and glass panes that enable full visibility of the second fairway of Oak Marsh. Peer out at the perfectly manicured golf course and the old Live Oaks covered with Spanish moss while sipping your morning coffee.

The open-concept style of the villa offers ample space for hosting gatherings. With a fully stocked kitchen and new stainless steel appliances, guests can either cook in or venture out to one of the area's many award-winning restaurants. The dining table seats six and the nearby wet bar allows for easy serving of beverages.

The main bedroom includes a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other bedroom consists of two twin beds and an attached bathroom that has a tub/shower combination. Guests can enjoy high speed WiFi throughout the villa and all their favorite shows on the living room and main bedroom TVs. Guests can use the newer washer and dryer for laundry needs. The owner recently updated the back patio area, expanding the space with new pavers.

For warm days, the Fairway Oaks complex has two private pools to enjoy. Of course, guests can also head to the beautiful beaches and relax with their toes sunk into the sand. This villa is just a short five-minute car or bike ride to the resort's private beach accesses.

Venture out and explore the resort's trendy restaurants, unique shops, and lovely natural surroundings. The Omni Amelia Island Resort, formerly known as the Amelia Island Plantation, offers excellent biking and walking trails, and has a Nature Center on site for those looking for a guided tour. Charming downtown Fernandina Beach is 15 minutes north by car and in addition to a wonderful sunset view from its historic marina, it offers eclectic shopping and a plethora of dinning options.

Please be advised that this property is privately owned and managed, and not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort. It does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities”, so there is restricted access to the hotel's pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and then Racquet Park is only only for free play for Club members and their guests. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!
