The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is relatively new and in a nice area. I guess you have to request your room to be clean because I was there for four days and my room was not cleaned. I think many places are switching to this model due to issues with staffing and overall cost. I’m OK because I didn’t need my room cleaned anyways. Many people will probably be expecting that. It also was a little on the noisy side. There was a lot of activity in the parking lot and in other rooms laid into the night on the Weekend. Overall, it was a nice day. The room was modest, but nice. Overall, for the price, it’s definitely more than worth it.

Beware of this hotel if you are coming after 8pm. I arrived late near midnight due delay in schedule. I forgot to contact them and was unaware their lobby closes at 8pm. The after hours phone was off the hook I believe on purpose. It took me over 45 minutes to get someone to check me in. One of the guests/residents woke the up the after hours agent. I don’t like to say this or judge, but there are some guests hanging out in parking lot that have had it hard in life and may come across as shady.

No thrill
It was exactly what I needed a no thrill hotel for the night unfortunately they didn’t have any soap or shampoo thank goodness we had our own. You only get one pillow so you better bring some more pillows otherwise quiet.

Saw a roach crawl from the sofa....good thing i didnt sit on it or put my stuff on it....then when i was about to check out i saw a baby roach on the wall! My room had an odd smell...as if i was staying at an old motel...

Hotel was quiet and reasonably clean but the elevator was broken for the entire time I was there. My back is still sore from having to carry heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. It would be understandable it was temporarily broken and it was serviced the same day but this was not the case.

We were not even able to stay at the property. Nobody was there to help us get a room as the front desk was closed. Called the corporate number and was told we could not be helped. Requested a refund and have not been able to get one. We were charged for a room we never stayed in. 0 out of 10. Do not recommend!!!

Good: The bed was comfortable but it needs more pillows. The location is conveniently located near 295. There are restaurants and stores nearby. Not good: no privacy sign at the door, broken lights in the room, no shampoo, no conditioner, no cups, hair dryer and no trash can in the bathroom, has a kitchenette but no pans and pots or any flatware or dishes (hello, no one travels carrying those), there is a closet-like but no hangers and no iron. The elevator shakes like it is gonna break soon and I saw the inspection expires on 8/1/2024 (we stayed there 8/31/24 through 9/2/2024). There was an open electrical outlet which is dangerous. When checked in or out, we had to make a phone call b/c no one was at the front desk. The listing on Expedia showed there is coffee in the lobby but there wasn't one there or in the room. The price on Expedia was $426.78 but my credit card was charged by Woodspring Hills for $438.13.

Will never stay here again!
I had no electricity in my room after a storm and the front desk did not have it fixed through out my stay. When I ask for fee reduction for the inconvieniences they said that the manager does not allow it. The hotel also smaller like weed right after walking past the lobby. I will not recommend this hotel not stay in it ever again. The place and people are very gehtto.
