The staff are just wonderful at the hotel. Samuel at the concierge who never failed to smile and drove us around the resort in a golf buggy. Aung delivered our room service was also delightful and so polite. All the staff at the fantastic spa made us feel so welcomed every time which made it super special. Thank you everyone. We hope to come back soon!

A Great Stay with Even Greater People! This was a truly wonderful hotel experience. While it was a bit busy at times, the exceptional customer service more than made up for it. I have to give a huge shoutout to the entire team — they’ve set a new standard that honestly makes you reflect on how service should be back home. Special love to the Naija valets — those guys are beyond amazing. So friendly, professional, and always going the extra mile to help out. Their kindness and energy were unmatched. God bless their hearts — they really made my stay unforgettable!

Amazing staff. My wife was well taken care of by everyone there

I really liked this hotel and yhe room was a Junior Suite was very spacious. The elevator takes time sometimes but if your are staying in top floors which are worth the view, its worth the wait. Breakfast buffet was good and pool view was amazing.
