Quaint Island Escape Condo w/Spacious Balcony Deck in Beautiful Truman Annex

This lovely Island Escape Condo is a upper level condo located in the prestigious Truman Annex. Not just another rental property! Location is everything.!!!
1 bedroom with Queen bed and built in closet shelves, TV with cable.
The Living/Dining area has couch, side chair, coffee table, TV with cable. The bar area seats four.
Bathroom with large walk-in shower, medicine cabinet and additional cabinet for storage. Includes hair dryer.
Towels & linens, including beach towels. Washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen that includes microwave, coffee maker, and blender for those yummy Margaritas.
Our favorite room is the spacious covered deck that opens up from living room with ceiling fans, tropical foliage, dining/sitting for 4.
The Island Escape is a corner condo which allows for more privacy. The condo also has one parking stall right at your front door and bike racks beside condo. Shipyard community pool is close and heated. Windows across the front of the condo let in lots of light and tropical breezes. No need for a car you can walk 2 blocks to Duval Street where you will find restaurants, shopping, night clubs and museums. Fort Zachary Beach is also close. You can rent kayak, canoe, or paddle board and launch on the beach. You can also picnic or grill in the park. Mallory Square where sunset is celebrated every night has local vendors and entertainment. Breakfast at Blue Heaven, visit Hemingway's House then have a drink and enjoy music at the infamous Green Parrot Bar. Visit the Historic Seaport District where you can watch boats, find great dining or catch a sunset cruise.
Check out the Waterfront/Splash Park just behind the complex. Playground for kids, walk the pier at night to watch sunsets, entrance to Fort Zachary Beach and much more. You are close to everything!!!
This condo is also our vacation home. We take pride in our condos and want our guests to relax and feel as if they are in their home away from home.

Perfect Getaway
We love staying here. The condo is always clean and has all the amenities we need. The location is perfect and we can walk to just about anywhere we need to. We enjoy the pool, which is kept very nice. Anytime we have a question or concern, the owner is so responsive. Highly recommend Quaint Island Escape!!

Great location!! Great property!! Comfortable and quiet. Excellent communication from owner. Updated and loved sitting on the patio!! Kitchen doesn’t have any staple foods for cooking so make sure everything thing you need if you plan to cook.

Great location for a week in paradise
We have stayed in the Truman annex many times including the Ship Yard condos which is a great location to be quiet clean beautiful grounds. Our condo was clean and quiet end unit. we will look foreward to the next time.

Location and condo was amazing. We were only a few blocks from a lot of offerings such as music, bar, museums, and more. We rented a golf cart for a few days. The assigned condo spot is right out front of the door though the neighbor had been using our spot because it was close. Not to worry we met such an amazingly nice gentleman who apparently happens to be on the condo association board who gave us an alternative spot to use. Just like anywhere in Florida plan for mosquitoes!

Everything was perfect for our week long stay to celebrate our 30th anniversary! Location, location, location!!!! Close walk to all of the fun on Duval, and yet a super quiet condo to come home to at night! The back deck was our favorite room, perfect for coffee in the morning, and breezy nights taking in the tropical vibes!! The condo is a perfect size for 2 people; the pool is a gem that we enjoyed every day; great parking; the grounds are beautiful; condo is clean and welcoming. We would 100% stay here again on our next trip to KW… Jean was super quick to respond to us also. A+ stay.

Love Quaint Island Escape!
We love staying here when we come to Key West. We love sitting on our balcony, drinking coffee and relaxing. Time by the pool is always a must! We have never been in December; so, seeing all of the Christmas, decorations and lights was very cool.

Beautiful Island Escape
The Island Escape condo at the Truman Annex was perfect. I was vacationing with friends who were staying in another unit in the same complex. It was very convenient that we were both located in the same complex, and the condo was also very conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in Key West. The one bedroom unit was clean and well equipped with everything I needed for a one week stay. I especially enjoyed the back patio. The owner / property manager provided plenty of information and was pleasant to interact with. Our group usually comes to Key West once per year - I will definitely be looking for the same unit again next time.

Wonderful Getaway and close to downtown Key West
Spent a week in Key West. Condo was a few blocks to downtown. We walked to everything at all different times of the day. Parking spot is right in front of condo. Felt very safe. Condo was just as pictured and quite comfortable for two. It was hot the week we were there so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor deck as much as we liked. It was definitely my favorite area! Jean is great at communicating and made it all very easy! Thanks for a great stay!
