Aesthetically this building and its decor is perfect in every way. As to the staff, they were excellent. Their customer service was top-notch. I can say stay here was the best experience.

Very comfortable stay, easy checkin, nothing too much trouble from the staff. Beds lovely and comfortable. Lovely clean room. We visit London every year, usually October, this was an impromptu visit. Will definitely be booking for our usual trip in October.
