It's a bit confusing checking in because you don't always get a room in the same building as where you check in. Walls and doors are extremely thin and you can hear everything around you within the building. Outside noise, not so much. Extremely close to King's Cross which is fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. All in all, it was a decent place for being so centrally located

Good great location but internet not great
The Internet was spotty. Had to leave room to go downstairs near the modem to download movies. No live streaming. The toilet runs you have to lift up the lid.

Comfortable stay in great location
Great location very close to St Pancras. Great for onward travel. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds clean and comfortable. Some areas of wear on bed frames and TV signal wasn’t the best on lower ground floor but great Wi-Fi connection. Kettle and hairdryer and en-suite shower all working well.

Small spaces; had to upgrade; there was a note in our room about the benefits (i.e. taxi service, discounts on attractions) ~ inquired with staff and they had NO CLUE. Tiny space for the money we spent. Noisy, disruptive neighbours. Only soap provided, no lotion or anything else. Won’t come back and I don’t suggest this hotel. Sorry, but we didn’t enjoy it. We think this is a converted AirBnB, claiming it’s a hotel. Do Better. 👎👎

I don't understand why this place has good review. the room is smell when we open the door. the bathroom was so smell. we must shut the door close. the bedding was smell. I can't see sleep. the pillow smell like sweaty feet. If I have perfume spray I will definitely need to use but I only have the roll on one with me.

If you are over 5 foot 6 inches the bed will be too small for you. The room is very tiny with limited space and should be avertised as such. Though it is in a convenient location to king's cross station and most walkable areas in London, the room and bathroom are just too tiny and uncomfortable to have a decent stay in. The staff however are very kind and accommodating as they the bathroom has a electrical shower unit and when it broke they were very quick to offer a vacant room for me to shower in.

Front staff were wonderful, so helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor and no lift, so we got our exercise. I can’t recommend for anyone who tires easily with stairs. Room was very small and we shared the toilet and shower, which wasn’t a problem. Location was great for our purposes but not a high end street.

Next to St Pancras. Room was brighter and more modern than many similar that I've stayed in nearby. It is small. Like many similar hotels the TV is a bit hit and miss with channels. WiFi was ok. But it was for a night before a Eurostar so I'd happily stay again.

You may love the convenience of being close to Kings Cross station, but you won't be able to close your window due to no control over the temperature in the room. We were unable to sleep for the three nights we were there. The rooms were clean as were the shared bathroom and shower. There are no lifts (elevators) so be prepared to carry your things up (for us) three floors. Our biggest complaint really was the noise. Every night, all night, sirens and street noise.

Really good, affordable small hotel situated very conveniently in central London, close to King's Cross, St Pancras and Euston stations. Spotlessly clean, friendly and efficient staff, recently decorated and ideal for a short stay in the middle of London. Rooms are small but not ridiculously so, with good beds - also quiet, considering the central location. Recommended - I will definitely choose Alhambra again when staying in London.
