The hotel staff was great, hotel itself is Ok, nothing amazing. One night in the middle of the night a fire alarm shook everyone and made us all evacuate out to the freezing street. no clear explanation or comment from hotel management was provided
From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome and valued, from the attentive doormen to Tyler on reception who upgraded us to a Deluxe King room and gave us a voucher for a free cocktail. The room was exceptional with everything that we might need. We would recommend the Pullman to anyone.
The staff was excellent and I was allowed to check in early due to an early international flight arrival. The room was clean and spacious and quiet despite the busy street below. The restaurant was excellent and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, so I was able to walk to the train the next morning.
Title: Decent Stay, but Ventilation Needs Improvement
The hotel had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were friendly, but our room lacked proper ventilation for bathroom. We had to open the windows in December for fresh air, which was inconvenient. Addressing this issue would enhance the overall experience.
We needed a place to rest between landing from the USA and taking a train the next day and this was the perfect spot! lots of dining options and so close to the train station!
Front desk was courteous. Breakfast severely overpriced, with poor selections and poor service. (Not comparable to service at another Pullman hotel where I’d stayed in Australia.) Servers were snarky. Also observed the similar treatment of another guest. Staff should be retrained, including the greeter at the entrance.
