We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We walked all over but there is convenient access to the tube if needed. We loved the happy hour for guests upon our arrival (5-6pm daily).

Wonderful opulent hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything that you need. The breakfast was fantastic, the bars were very cool, but the staff were amazing. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I do plan to return.

Dog friendly, but not as marketed
Good stay overall, however, the reason why I chose this hotel rather than any others was because I brought my dog along and it is marketed as the most dog-friendly stay in London. Unfortunately, it wasn't the same experience as I was hoping for for my dog

Lovely stay
Lovely stay , room was lovely , not the biggest of rooms but had everything we needed ! Loved the bday cake for my partners bday which was s lovely touch ! Bed was very comfortable. Staff throughout the whole hotel were helpful and friendly , we will def be returning back .
