We stayed for 3 nights and the room was decent with a good space for a family of 5. We liked the fact that it has a kitchenette and a living space area. Embassy Suites always have a good breakfast which is the highlight of our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a variety of restaurants and shops - including the Americana at Brand, and 15-min drive to Universal Studios. We had a pleasant stay and will surely come back to stay here again next time.

In 3 days they never cleaned the room, they also did not tell me if I should request cleaning, very rude at the reception when I requested clean towels, first and last time in this hotel.
