This is a great spot. Close to everything… easy access to the beach, vista point, and downtown Laguna Beach. Super friendly staff. My room was beautiful and good size. We enjoyed our stay.

Must check this one out!!
Stayed here for a girl’s get away and was pleasantly surprised!! Quaint, clean, staff friendly. Only downfall was that the elevator was not working the day we left and the lobby area closes at 11pm so if you get back to hotel after 11:00 be prepared to take the stairs to your room as the only way to get the elevator is inside of the lobby. Aside from that would definitely stay here again!

Although the room was clean and visually fine, the beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom barn door would not stay closed, the moisture from the shower made the room uncomfortably humid despite running the AC that never cooled off or dried out the room. Plus, the porch looked onto the back of a building and roof completely blocking any view. From the outside, which is not shown online in pics, the hotel looks like an old motel. This hotel is nothing special, just meh.

The staff was very nice upon check in but honestly this stay was not worth the $329 a night. The door to the restroom did not close which made for zero privacy while using the restroom. Not cool. No ice machine on the property. A couple things that could be fixed for future guests.

Several items in room were broken, floors were filthy, ice machine was broken. Staff was rude and would not allow early check in. Housekeeping entered the room while "do not disturb" sign was up.

The staff were exceptional! We loved the attentiveness, the free underground parking, the beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels; and the proximity to numerous beaches and activities. Plus the beds were comfy. The hotel was a bit dated and you had to cross Highway 1 and walk down a steep couple of blocks to access the beach which wasn’t handicap accessible.
