Valet price is ridiculous and they over charge for “resort amenities”. Took a day for them to get me towels. The staff are nice. The African American man working the front desk was amazing and very nice and attentive. Valet staff were great as well. The TV needs to be updated in the room and WiFi is horrible and rarely connects.

The concierge said the Expedia reservation did not interface with their system and therefore did not honor the rates listed by Expedia. Fees and daily rate were higher than expected. Even though I could show proof of the confirmation from Expedia and itinerary information.

Not as described online.
The experience was not so good as the rooms were worn down and did not look like the images online or on your website. The images you have are for upgraded rooms not the rooms we have. Additionally, the hotel was not waterfront as described online. The shower had mold, the rooms was smelly even after we asked to be moved to another room. The rooms was smelly still and appliances were old and elevator was dirty and chipped all around.

Avoid at all costs!!
DO NOT STAY HERE! It was a nightmare! Let’s start out with a couple positives. Great location and they let us check in early. Now the bad. You have to valet your car and it cost $45/day. We got to our room and it wreaked of mildew and felt dirty. Very outdated and small. The walls are paper thin. The only source of heat in our room was a space heater. Surely, that can’t be safe! Especially, with little kids in the room. I expressed my concerns with the front desk and they were very dismissive. You couldn’t even call the front desk, no phones in the room either. Shower was disgusting and water wouldn’t go down the drain. I would NEVER stay here again.

The suite we stayed in was dingy and poorly maintained. None of the doors shut properly because they had been sloppily painted over so many times. My kid was actually trapped in the bathroom for a period of time because the door was stuck shut. The floors were grimy, so we wore shoes inside. Corners and base board were unclean. Asked for pool towels that never came. Hot tub had lots of dirt/sand in the water. Overall, kinda gross and unappealing.
