I enjoy the sauna and the Jacuzzi after a long drive, 20m getting there they closed the road, we had to travel 2 more hours and go on the 38, it did needed aome cleaning but everything was nice, i enjoy every minute, I always send my friends here to come, and enjoy, the cabin, Thank You very much

Our cabin was very spacious and appeared to have been remodeled relatively recently. There were a couple of soft spots in the floor of the spacious bathroom. Furnishings are residential. Our cabin did not have air conditioning and we were there on a relatively hot day, but it was workable with open windows at night and a fan going. The pool is unheated and the spa water was a bit murky. Staff was not immediately available when we arrived and the intercom to contact staff was not working. We had to stroll the grounds to find someone to help us. Note that there is a steep cleaning fee if you leave any dirty dishes, etc.

When arriving to the cabins, it was quite cute and homey at first glance, when getting the key the staff didn't seem like they were happy, then we went to our room, which again at first glance looked cozy, but as we looked closer there were thousands of little bugs on the windowsill, there were some on the bed. We noticed the door to our room wasn't sealed properly and there gaps in the door frame, which in turn once night fell allowed hundreds of bugs access to the room. It truly appears the room had not been cleaned in a while, the amount of dust coming from the ceiling fan, no AC, and a broken fan. Honestly didn't make it worth staying the night. When checking out the staff was rude, left us waiting for a phone call to confirm our check out, we eventually had to call him and he was rude. It truly is a shame, the location is great but the upkeep was terrible. There was also a for sale sign so that might explain things.

Property management/pool maintenance personnel’s dog quite aggressively barked at anything/everything. Pool closed too early at 8pm. While the room was cute and private, no a/c, and the ceiling fan couldn’t be put on high because it wasn’t balanced.

I needed to get away somewhere quiet to relax and be able to finish up a few training items with my service dog. I needed to expose her to more away from home trips.This was perfect! I found peace before my daughter's wedding next weekend. She got to roam fields and be near the lake. My cabin was clean and spacious. It had everything I could have needed if I decided to cook.

The room was as expected for the price. The bathroom fixtures were all fairly new and worked well. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. More like a cabin with mix matched furnishings. The host was late to check-in and as an apology he didn’t charge for our pet, which was a nice gesture. The property has some nice outdoor features for family gatherings.

I was unaware we would get a cabin type setting, that was a pleasant surprise. I thought it would be an attached hotel room. We also got the pool and hot tub to ourselves, much needed relaxation.

The only time there is someone in the office is at 3pm for check in. Other than that you’re on your own with zero help. We had no hot water in our room. We had been out all day and just wanted a shower and it was freezing cold. No one would answer the phone when I tried to call. No one there when I went to check out. The guy that checked us in was super unfriendly and gave no helpful information. The hot tub water was murky and gross. Definitely wouldn’t go back.

Pleasant stay at a quiet property. Nice and quiet a walkable to lakefront. Small cottage was fine for me and dog to relax in for two days. Pool was chilly but the hot tub was nice. Nice area to lounge outside with fire pits.
