Was given a 2 Double bed room even though we booked 2 queen room. Front desk guy tried to convince me they were queens. Nope. No shower curtain, hair in shower. Microwave was filthy.

Check-in was easy and staff was very friendly. But that’s about everything I can say that was good about this hotel. Hot tub was Lukewarm. Shower had very little pressure. Room was not very clean. There was gum on the bathroom floor. And a footprint on the ceiling with a bug smashed. You can hear everything; from your neighbor talking to them using the bathroom. We were on the second floor. Stairs were not flat. And second floor was covered in fake green grass.

The room is in very poor condition: all furniture is in scratches, refrigerator is very old and super noise. The hot tab needs to be refurbished and required a new deck. Also, hot tab and pool not connected: the gate is outside.

The e room was very, very basic. The jetted tub looks as if it used to be a closet, and the handle fell off when I tried to turn the water on. Bed was not comfortable. Would not stay here again.
