very disappointed in the hotel. there’s no microwave (it’s suppose to be a kid/family friendly hotel). we couldn’t heat up milk or food for the kids. when we called for towels, the staff told us housekeeping was already gone for the day and for us to go to the front desk. we found trash under the bed (sauces to be exact) so it was not cleaned very well. a staff was deep cleaning the room next door at 9 pm (very loud and nosey). the love band was too loud and went into the night. hard for the kids to sleep through the noise. we can hear ppl up top and in the hall ways running all morning. we didn’t sleep very well and we stayed for 4 days. it was the longest 4 days ever and we were quite home sick. lastly we wanted to enjoy some fresh air in the evenings so we tried going to the balcony and the lights there wasn’t working. overall i would rate this hotel 1/5 very disappointed and dissatisfied

Had a good room should had made sure we had a downstairs room husband disability made hard with stairs ,service was very good they have a breakfast bar for the morning which was very good would stay here again

Room one had muddy boot prints on bed and piss on baseboards and tv didnt work. 2nd room was so much smaller and smelled of mildew and was just discusting. 3rd room had no smoke detector and each time i confronted front desk about issues was informed that they arent maintence all they can do is move me to another room when my check in time was 4pm and i got my parking pass at noon so in four hours you cant clean a room and then after ivleft same day i checked in following day tried calling to talk with manager and each time was informed managers not there yet they will be back at time a then time b then time c was supposed to be my husbands birthday weekend turned into just a discusting rude and uncareing day

The coffee shop is delightful, their juice bar serves really fresh interesting juice blends, and their breakfast menu has something for everyone. The brewery is super chill, delicious beer, and the live music is always fun and rarely too crowded. The whole place is dog friendly!

Liked: oriented to active people. Solid breakfast cafe on site, nice beer garden for afternoons, close proximity to Lakeside beach. Disliked: pricey for a facility that shows this much wear and tear, hot tub was sketchy and parking is tight.

Overall I am not unsatisfied with the place, it's got a catchy name and theme and has potential to be great. I liked the clean, newly remodeled bathroom in our unit. What needs replacing is: the old stained grey carpet in the room, the squeaky, clunky ceiling fan that's only 7 feet high - don't raise your arms, you'll be an amputee, the tiny refrigerator's freezer box was frozen over so nothing would fit in it, my bedside lamp's light bulb was burned out, an easy fix but along with the fridge thing shows that the cleaning crew doesn't pay a lot attention to details, the outlet near the bed was not screwed in to the wall, also not a big thing, but combined with the hole in the ceiling around where the ceiling fan base is installed just screams of "we don't really care about the quality of our rooms" The location is fantastic, we loved the outside surroundings, the Beer Garden downstairs is charming and warm and there is plenty parking. I hope that they do some upgrades to rooms sometime soon and I would stay again.

we arrived to the hotel 15 min early and room wasnt ready yet and when it was ready we got a room on the third floor that the room card reader didnt work and we had to haul all our stuff upstairs with no elevator and we have a 8 month old baby and a 4 year old totally inconvenient. once we got another room we had to haul everything back down and walk accross the property to our room and parking is terrible

It’s an overpriced poorly maintained motel. Unclean and dingy. Don’t even know where to begin. stained curtains, broken toilet seat, old carpet, creaky beds, dusty ceiling fans.. the list goes on. I would never go there again. The front desk was friendly though and they did try to get our room cleaned multiple times but it’s just the way the motel is. I would never go there again.
