Floors are squeaky. Beds are not comfortable. You hear noise from upper floors. In general, very noisy and uncomfortable hotel. I’ll not return.

Basecamp Stay
Good spot! Really dug the vibe of the hotel. The onsite brewery, cafe, and beer-garden where bonuses I was unaware of when I booked the room. Only wish there was an elevator. (I was with my dad who cannot walk well.) But he managed the stairs ok. Keep that in mind if you are a parent with strollers for the kids. Honestly though - it was no major issue for me, and I would stay here again.

Still a great hotel overall as there are many things we like such as the kitschy design, onsite brewery and fun courtyard. However, front desk check in person not very friendly but checkout person was. Staff has gone a bit downhill and the coffee shop app does not work and there is a phone number published in the rooms, and yet they do not answer and was told "there is no number." That was pretty inconvenient as it goes get busy and lines take a while. They offer no apologies and had don't care looks when being informed of the issues. Housekeeping entered the room before checkout on morning of departure without even checking first. Just walked right in.

Great place. The brewery attached is great with delicious food and live music. Great location. If I had one complaint, it would be thin walls, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

Great wifi
The room was updated in a cool, rugged mountain motif decor. Very clean! Wi-Fi was very good! But it’s not great if you to bring your own food. Thought there was a small fridge, there was no microwave to heat food.

We had a fantastic stay at Basecamp! We were in town for a concert at Harvey's Outdoor Arena, and the location couldn't have been more perfect for walking to the venue. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!
