It’s my fault the hotel is contactless check in.The staff is effective but the mattress is bad,an exhausted fan in restroom is terrifying and the last,the bigger room you live the smaller heater you get so cold

There was a mismatch regarding the book I made through expedia and the one received by the hotel, but it was resolved quickly by the hotel staff and I really appreciate that. I booked a room with 2 queen beds but the order that the hotel received was a room with 1 king bed. I tried calling expedia to resolve this issue but it took forever, luckily the hotel staff called me back and said that they can move us to another room with 2 queen beds while waiting for confirmation from expedia, because it was really cold outside and I had a baby with me. The only thing I didn’t like about our stay is that the heater in our new room was really slow and barely working, we left it on all night and the temperature wouldn’t go up higher than 60. Tje heater in our original room worked fine and it was warm when we first checked it, so I know for sure it was not because it’s too cold outside. All in all, it was still a pleasant stay given the price and the location.

You can't beat the price on this room. Nice rooms. Beds are kind of uncomfortable. We had two rooms. The heater in one of the rooms did not work. It was fine until the morning when it got way to cold. The heater in the other room kept making loud noises all night. Other than that it was a budget friendly place to rest.

Check in was unnecessarily difficult. Everything was to be done online but they made a mistake on their end, caused numerous phone calls and texts. Place was good but would never stay there again due to their online ONLY registration process as an international traveler. Could not receive help in person and they say they will cancel your reservation without refund if you don't complete the online process. VERY FRUSTRATING!
