Some few improvements and it will be perfect.
Nice and comfortable stay overall. The pool is clean and nice. The gymn is a plus. The breakfast was inconsistent, 2 out of 4 days the food was good, the other 2 days is meh. Need to always have the key cards replaced because it is malfunctioning.

The bed skirts were filthy. Which made me question the cleanliness of the bedding itself. The window was so dirty that the fountain/lagoon view from upstairs wasn’t all that great. Walked through that area on our way to see what was for breakfast and it smelled like septic. The breakfast was not good and there was no silverware. We ended up just grabbing a tiny pastry and heading out.

Room was quiet. Issue check in was 4pm room not ready until 6:30pm. Next day had to go to front desk to get things because housekeeping never got to my room. The soda machines where you pay $2.00 for soda where all empty but u can go to front desk and pay 3.50 for the sofas they have there.

The pictures on the website need to be updated. The room was filthy when we arrived I had to use my sanitizing wipes that I brought with me to wipe the room down. We were there for 3 days and there was no maid service. The staff was friendly but not helpful. We had a leak in our bathroom sink they stuck at trash can under it and never came back to fix it. The curtains had fingerprints and food all over them there was mold in the bathroom the sink drained and drained very well. I would not recommend this property to anyone it was certainly not a spa

I was disappointed that no Spa services were available. They originally told us we would have breakfast and it was not available when we arrived here. They said they had just changed it to the only offered dinner. Wish there were more snacks available in the lobby or a vending machine. The drink vending machine did not work.

The outside of the hotel was dirty and not kept up. The room was dirty as well very stained carpet. There was stains on the sheets and the room had a weird smell. The curtains had lots of stains on them as well. Some looked it it was blood. I wanted to leave but was not able to.The bathroom was not very clean either there was mold on the shower wall. Very outdated needs a good remodel. Will not stay here again.

It would’ve been fine trip, however the hotel never contacted us about the pool being out of service or we would’ve found another hotel to stay at. We small children and they wanted to swim in a pool when it is 100+ outside. The site never said they pool was out of service either. So when we got to the hotel at 8pm to check-in it was a horrible surprise about the pool.
