The Grand Hilton is such a beautiful property, staff was so nice, they catered to your every need. This is a time share property so you will be asked to do a presentation which wasn’t bad, we said no and they didn’t hound us.

First of all we were supposedly upgraded to a room with an adjoining suite except it was a room normally given to people with disabilities, so not used to the locks for toilet etc We had to constantly ask the cleaning staff when we encountered them for extra toilet rolls for which they were not always obliging or just forgetful. Stay was OK not memorable

Good and bad. The market prices outrageous. They offer pizza or you can go to the pool bar/café for some extremely average bar food. We would’ve liked to have a full restaurant option. We found somebody’s belongings in our room that hadn’t been cleaned. It was OK. The front desk was not very accommodating for a slightly late check out past their 10am requirement and deliberately lied about the occupancy for that evening, which was available. The suite was very comfortable.

Second time staying here and enjoyed our stay again. Staff was helpful with turning the heat on for us, being we do not like very cool temperatures. Housekeeping could be more thorough in their cleaning, as we did see a few surfaces that weren’t cleaned upon our arrival. Overall, a good stay.

It's a nice hotel just be aware that they will try everything they can for you to take a 90min welcome package fo their time share. No casino in this hotel.

Nice place to stay if your not interested in having a casino in your hotel. Pool area was enjoyable especially with the pool side bar n grill.

Loved the Hotel
Absolutely loved our room. It was apartment sized with a garden tub and a shower. Plenty of space and room. The staff was friendly and professional. We had to call room service once, and they were there within 10 minutes. I will stay here anytime I visit Vegas.
