Pollo Towers is a wonderful place to stay with family or a friend/partner. So many amenities and helpful staff and right in the middle of the strip. Highly recommend.

Location is very convenient, very close to the Strip and close to many restaurants, famous hotels and shopping centers. Our room was clean and a good condition. My only comment for the bedding set, it needed a duvet set, something a little nicer than just the bed sheets and a blanket. I wish the elevators were in a better condition, they need some update. One was not working, and it was a busy weekend. Long wait for the elevator to arrive and very very slow to move up and down.

Okay place, except the timeshare tour marketing
Somewhat convenient location to the strip despite the constructions going on. I did not enjoy the part where they try to lure you into the timeshare tours for the new resort built in Mexico, I believe, right after you finish checking in. I did not sign up for timeshare marketing, so don't try to label it a promotion reward or whatever. Otherwise, the room was spacious, though may need some updating. There were only 2 elevators on our side, so it took awhile to be able to get down to first floor around checkout time.

My husband and I appreciated having a balcony and kitchen in our room but were otherwise disappointed with our stay. The lighting in the room was extremely poor, furniture and flooring seemed very old and outdated, hot water didn’t work the day we were checking out and the elevators were temperamental. We knew there was no casino on the property but was surprised to learn there was also no restaurant either. We were in town as the strip was preparing for F1 races which made getting to nearby hotels for dining even more difficult due to pedestrian detours. The property was undergoing construction so it’s possible the conditions will improve soon but until then I recommend different accommodations.

The little .market and xomft bed. The people next to us were noisy and both cigarette smoke and pot came into our room. I had a,non smoking room. Doesnt make sense.

Stayed here for a weekend in Vegas for a concert. Away from the noise of the big casinos but just a few steps to the strip. Great room with kitchen facilities and shops nearby. We would choose to stay here again
