Even better than we anticipated.
Very clean and spacious room. Originally booked a Blanca King but was upgraded for free to an Alexandria King suite with a fantastic view of the strip and pool. Many food and drink options in the lobby and a floor that leads directly to the spa. Everything about our stay was perfect!

The hot tub was great. The resort fee was not. The staff made it a very pleasant. The other couple of flaws is no microwave in the rooms, and because the monorail stops off at the hotel there is a flow of unsavory characters in and out.

While we did get a free upgrade upon check in that is where the positives end. We got into our room and it was obviously not cleaned, dirty sheets, a tissue stuffed in the peep hole and fake nails lying on the floor. Even after the sheets were changed they still looked dirty littered with stains. Our tv didn’t work, they came and replaced the remote after waiting four hours for someone to come. Still didn’t work and they had to come back two more times, never quickly. Then our air conditioning started making a burning smell that stunk up the room. Still no offer to make anything up to us or any sort of apology for the inconveniences. The last day of our stay the AC stopped working entirely. While the property did have some nice upgrades it’s all face value, everything is dirty and service is subpar at best.

Only reason I stayed here was for the festival grounds across the street. It’s not very convenient if you want to hang out on the strip since it’s kind of a far walk. The furniture in the room was stained and it looked like there was old throw up on the bottom of the bed. Our room smelled like sewage the entire time we were there and thankfully we were only there to sleep. Definitely not staying there again I’d rather have a longer walk to and from the festival than be inconvenienced for the entire trip. Spend your money elsewhere.

Our “queen” sized mattresses that we paid to upgrade to were absolutely fulls. Operator and front desk and cleaning service could never get on same page, refused to give us an extra pillow per person (4) when their pillows were thin to begin with, and never replaced the correct amount of towels. We were all registered to the room, housekeeping should be able to know this and provide adequate fresh towels… it also shouldn’t take an hour and a half with 2 separate calls after asking the front desk to get 2 pillows and 2 towels.

Overall a great trip. Stayed in Alexandria tower and everything was great but the weird layout. There wasn't a door for the shower area and it had a window out into the room. Little weird.

The casino and dining areas are beautiful and very clean. However the guest rooms are not. There was food on the walls and shoe prints on the ceiling. It was advertised at a double queen bed and they were in really hardly a full sized bed.

The room we stayed in was nice, and it was convenient being close to the festival grounds. Friendly staff. However, being in the Blanca Tower with only one functional elevator was incredibly inconvenient. We waited as long as 10 minutes for the elevator, and resorted to taking the stairs several times despite being located on the 12th floor. Especially with how busy the the hotel was with the festival, I think it was a bit unacceptable to only have one elevator operational with no notice prior to or upon check in.
