I liked the bell hop service that worked on 9-14-24 in the day time. Great service. Also liked the service the roolette dealer on 9-16-24 at 11pm kind of in the center. He was awesome with my 21 year old daughter and son that where first time players. I didn't like the service or the food at that chicken crap place so we didn't eat at any other restaurants inside do to that. Also don't think it's good service to make quests wait till 4 to check in if there room is ready or charge me even more money to do so. I look for good service when i spend so much money to go some where.

I stayed in a tower that has been renovated or at least nicer than the initial tower I stayed in... And the hotel cut me a deal on that. For only an additional ninety dollars per night, upgrade for a 1 bedroom suite. The rest of the property and stay was one star at best.

Valet parking was good. We were sent to a room where there was no water! The basic necessity! When called customer service, the man who answered was very rude. He did not even say sorry instead he said “ yes, we are aware of the problem but we don’t know when it will be fixed”. It was unacceptable. I had to go down to the check in area and the gentleman there was nice. He was apologetic and gave us another room with water. There was no coffee or tea or even a hot water kettle in the room. I would not go back there.

Really very very bad experience with family. They didn’t provide room as per my booking. They said no rooms and again they asked money for another room unwanted expenses. No good connectivity with city. Over all experience is very poor. They didn’t came for room service in day 2. I don’t have towels no water no coffe pods nothing. No proper response from staff.

We stayed 6 nights. One of the 2 elevators for 14 floors was out of service the entire time. Dangerous and inconvenient. The carpet in our room was stained. Our bed was pushed against a wall so one of us had to “climb over” and there were no accessible outlets on either side.

For one of the older properties on the strip, I think they did a very good job of remodeling it. It was very comfortable and cozy and it felt like a lot of of the Riff Raff that you get at a lot of the other locations was not present. There was slipped nicely everywhere and that made me feel safe with my family and friends.
