Tried to check in early at 11am, after flying in from 30 hours of travel, no rooms available, understandable. Front desk asked for a phone number to call when room was ready. Checked back a couple of times, still no room. Watched several other people check in and get rooms. Asked about it and was told they had different room type. Told them we would take any room, still nothing. Checked back again around 2pm, still nothing. Checked back again at 3:15pm and was told, "Oh yeah, your room has been ready, we have just been too busy to call you with all of the people checking in." We were sitting about 20 feet away from the front desk, wouldn't have taken much to let us know. Extremely frustrating experience when you're exhausted and just want to crash.

Get a room in the pool side, get HVAC instructions
The bed was comfortable, but there were no instructions for the HVAC. Both MODE and COOL had to be pushed before it would turn on. My room looked out onto parking spaces. At 3 am a tractor trailer pulled into the property next door, activated the air brakes, woke me up and ran its loud diesel for 15 minutes.

Our room was okay but during our stay we had drainage issues, a filthy comforter, terribly noisy neighbors who decided to have a room party and our room smelled like pot for a full 2 days.

That was our worst stay at a Hilton to date. The clientele next door to us were unruly, noisy and had no regard for the hotel. Hotel security came up but we didn’t feel it mattered. Issue with shower drain and a door frame kept falling off. The hotel carpet on floor 4th Fl was lifting so it felt old. Our room smelled like pot the entire stay and a comforter was in appalling shape. Awful.

Parking is expensive, over $90 for 3 nights, and it’s just a lot, in/out arm was never down. No vending machine on property Clean and quiet . Would stay here again

Room size was good and comfortable. Location a little too far away from beach for our liking. Domestic staff and desk were very helpful and friendly. Bar service was slow and understaffed. We waited 20 minutes one evening before giving up on being served.

Cockroachs in the bedroom 4 of them. I was moved rooms. I've never had that happen anywhere. The rate was so expensive and the hotel was full of pests. I had a rash all over my back and legs. I would not stay here. The staff were wonderful anout it.
