Check in was a disaster. Hotel cancelled one of my rooms with zero notice and refused to take responsibility. Required me to rebook on the spot at a much higher rate. Grrrr. I will never stay there again.
Just above basic for this hotel. The area around was convenient with restaurants and stores for supplies. Close to the marina which was great for wandering. The room was small even though we got an upgrade. The staff were super friendly and lovely. I would stay here again
The staff was pleasant, but it seemed as though they were in need of additional help. We sat for dinner and waited too long for the waiter to acknowledge us, so we left.
