I made a reservation for a room with patio. Unfortunately the patio was not accessible nor was there furniture to sit outside. It was disappointing. The hotel compensated with complimentary breakfasts for our stay.

Our stay was great! Friendly staff. We couldn’t find the remote for our room and reported it but no one ever brought us one. We were too busy exploring surrounding cities for TV, but that’s my only complaint

I am very disappointed with my recent stay. The hotel staff were unprofessional and rude. At check-in, the front desk agent did not properly review my reservation or explain the room details. I had booked a room with two queen beds through Expedia, but we were given a room with one king bed instead. The breakfast was awful and did not meet basic expectations. The mattress was very old, noisy, and extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the shower body wash container was empty. I had to call the front desk three times before someone finally brought it to our room. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and the service did not meet acceptable standards. If I could give no star I would have done it!!!
