I always love staying at the CitizenM Schiphol. Just a short walk to the airport terminal, and also easy to get to Amsterdam Centraal station (just a short train ride away). Most of all, the staff at this hotel are excellent--all so friendly and cordial. Notably, I always have the best treatment from Rafaela, Valentina, and Leandro.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel, which is conveniently located just two stops away from Amsterdam Airport, with a direct bus connection. The rooms were very comfortable and the ambiance was incredibly peaceful, making it a perfect place to unwind. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We stayed for one night enroute to the UK and were thoroughly impressed with the service and overall experience. The price, compared to other properties of similar standards and quality, is unbeatable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam. It’s truly a gem!

Everything was fine. I just had to wait for an hour for the shuttle bus at the airport on the day of arrival. The shuttle bus was scheduled to run every half an hour. I called several times to inquire but no accurate time was provided. In the subsequent trips, the shuttle bus ran every half an hour and was also on time.

The property is very nice and the views of the Olympic stadium Are beautiful

This is my second time staying here. Very good staff and the rooms are nice. Only problem both times is the wait time for elevator service. You may often have to wait several minutes for an elevator.
