The location of this property in the Haymarket is excellent, the staff, not so much. The check in process was rough. The staff member must have been in the middle of something more important as she rushed through the checkin process with minimal explanation of the property. The breakfast was disappointing as they ran out of things repeatedly. They even ran out of coffee! The cleaning staff each day & the front desk team on Friday were very friendly and helpful.

Great location - poor service
The location of this hotel was great! It was close to great restaurants and fun shops in the Haymarket area. However, the service was quite poor. The front desk was often unattended or staff members were in the lobby talking instead of tending to guests. No one came to provide service to our room and we tried to ask at the front desk if someone could just take our trash out, but no one was there. They also had no coffee on our last morning there. For the price we paid it was disappointing.

Great property fix parking!!
I always like the hotel it is amazing and the room space cannot be beat great big room! Breakfast is cooked and hot lots of choices!! I only have one complaint and that is paying for parking I have stayed several times at this property and never paid for parking I wish I wouldn’t have to or at least pay the same rate as those using it for a sporting event.

Loved my stay. Absolutely loved how quiet it was even tho it’s right by the HayMarket. Everything is convenient as it was centrally located. Staff was amazing and so was housekeeping. I also loved the fact that they had a peloton in their fitness center.
