The price was good, especially with free parking. Staff and facilities were solid and above expectations, and the location was convenient for us. However, I would not return if traveling with my wife, as she would likely not be comfortable with the surrounding area of the hotel.

Nice and comfortable hotel.
The stay was great. The only thing that confused me is that there were no wash clothes in the bathroom nor do they offer any when I inquired. There is no microwave in the room either for those wondering but that did not bother me.

Affordable and Clean.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this hotel. I very much appreciate the affordability; my child and myself were going to Universal Studios and it wasn't too far off. I had no expectations on what the lobby looked like but I was very surpised in how clean and kept it was. The staff were very respectful and courtesy. The parking area was underneath the building with an elevator to the main floors. Thank you for that. However, by the looks of the surrounding area you may feel a bit uncomfortable but trust me; it was well worth it. The rooms weren't overly large they were just typically average in size. The walls were thin, we could hear the the people above us walking and the people next door talking. We could hear LA's night life, which is okay with me but some may not be. The bathroom was very large to me and it was clean. I'd rate my entire stay 8.5.

Wonderful staff from reception to housekeeping! Enjoyed my quick short trip! If you have an electric car, check with hotel first as I wasn’t able to utilize this option but EV stations are within close proximity!

This is a great no frills hotel. It gave us everything we needed without the resort fee and free parking. It’s in an ideal spot if you want to visit La and great coffee shops nearby. The surrounding area can be loud at night.
