Staff was very kind & rooms were clean. Unfortunately parking was pretty difficult (and often full) and the area around it did not feel safe. Elevator from parking garage right into the hotel floors without a key swipe seems like a security concern & there were loud people in the open air courtyard/balconies. Gym was one of the best I've ever seen at a hotel if it were maintained but some of the cables and benches were broken in a dangerous way and the water machine only produced hot water.

The cleanliness is average. The fitness center lacks hand towels and disinfectant wet wipes. It’s not cleaned, the water dispenser is empty, and there are no cups. They don't seem to care much, and they only restock when complaints are made. Apart from the good location, the service is very poor.

I usually stay here when I'm in town for business. Its comfortable, clean always smells good. Garage parking is a plus. No microwave in the room but there is a fridge.

staff was very friendly and pleasant. the lobby smelled like clean citrus and was free from debris. our room was clean and quiet. we asked for more pillows as there was only three provided for two people. they were brought quickly. the only thing i wish i could change would be not charging for a water bottle at the front desk. they said they wouldn’t deduct if from our deposit which is fine, i just think the hotel could provide water at the least for the guests.
