Be compassionate not rude and don’t lie
It was bad customer service when we were checking out they asked for a $200 deposit which my husband was trying to ask for them to put on another card so that it wouldn’t be a problem and wait to get back on his account instead they charged it all on his debit card and said they couldn’t do it any other way also there was a charge for parking so we parked on the street and asked if we could be park in on there lots just so we could load our belongings much easier and they said it was fine but later they tried to charge him for the parking when we didn’t park it over night as was just asking to park it so we could load our belongs in a much easier way they stated oh well I thought u were gonna park it in the 30 min area but didn’t communicate that this is where my husband should park so my husband parked it in the parking lot which was less then 30 min to begin with
Then the manager proceeded to get angry when it was the morning shift manager that told him it was ok and the morning manager lied to the main manager stating oh I told you that it was ok but I told u to park in the 30 min parking when he did not and we had witnesses that heard him say yah go ahead park where ever it’s ok so ya but over all are stay was good but stressful when checking out… also be nice to the people checking in a lady was clearly going through something outside and was upset and the main manager came out and was rude instead of politely asking her if she could lower her voice and helping her
