Our stay was good but not perfect . Customer service/front desk not really smiling or looking at your face when talking. Housekeeping are perfect and they are very helpful when asking questions about the service.

we booked this hotel for close proximity to UCLA, staff is friendly, room is ok too but the bathroom is very small. Toilet is literally across from sink so when you bend to sit down if you are not careful then will hit your forehead, it did mine.

The staff, especially Fred, was so kind to my husband after his surgery at UCLA. It made the stay much easier. The parking was very tight and should be included when you are paying over 250 a night but it is LA. The bathroom was very small and the closets were very large. I wished it was the opposite. The room was clean and neat. The AC was very loud all night but covered up the traffic noise. It was a bit difficult getting our luggage up and down the stairs to get to the elevator. The staff and specific location for this trip were really outstanding!

They were very accommodating after an issue with my second guest that was added after the booking was confirmed. I called and added her but they had no documentation and I didn’t take a name and was on my flight when my nice checked in. They upgraded our room and finally after 2hours let her check in. Other than that the stay was great very easy access to public transportation, the breakfast wasn’t bad lots of options.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Royal Palace Inn & Suites in LA. The hotel itself was clean and had good parking facilities, which was a plus. However, the noise level was unbearable and made it nearly impossible to sleep. We could hear constant noise from the floor above us, people walking around, and guests talking loudly in the hallways throughout the night. To make matters worse, the cleaning crew started moving around early in the morning, around 6 am, and they were extremely loud. There was a storage room next to our room, and the staff seemed to use it frequently, adding to the noise with loud conversations and cellphone use. The hotel staff needs to be more considerate and learn how to maintain a quieter environment, especially in the early morning hours. Unfortunately, due to the noise issues, I cannot recommend staying here if you’re looking for a restful experience. Feel free to adjust the review if there’s anything specific you’d like to add or change!

Don't book through hotel.com
It was terrible, AC didn't cooled the room, they switched our room, still didn't cooled. Same problem with the neighboring rooms. Complained again, and they said sorry. Kids couldn't sleep. One works soo hard and save-up for a family vacation and this happens. In simple words Horrible.
