Biggest issue was not feeling taken care of. Room was not ready on time. The staff was also unwilling to help with an early check in because we booked through Expedia. And Expedia could not assist since the property took payment. So basically nobody would even try to help. I understand early check in is based on availability but to then. Not even check me in on time was ridiculous. Staff was just not accommodating as you would think for the zip code of the property. Very underwhelming

Room service was taken forever to respond. There was no cleaning during our stay. Mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable. 2 months prior reservation prices with Hotel.com were higher than the hotel website prices on a day before arrival!

We loved our stay at the Beverly Hills Marriott! We had our 10 year old Chihuahua with us and we had no difficulties. The staff were sincerely kind and helpful. Loved the broad diversity of the employees.

So central to everything
We loved staying at the Beverly Hills Marriott! It was so central to all of the schools we were looking at with our 16 year old daughter. We loved the view of downtown from our 11th floor. We loved the breakfast option and took our food back to our room. Room service was excellent. Hot tub was hot and pool was warm.

Hotel was OK but could improve in some areas.
There was no sign to hang on the door for housekeeping. Went out for the day and rooms were never cleaned until after 3PM. No environment friendly signage asking whether or not we wanted to reuse towels or have them changed daily. Bathroom lighting was pretty but terrible for applying make-up. They should have magnifying mirrors.
