I book this room on the app for around 71 dollars and when i checked in they charged me around 87 dollars. I show them my confirmation and the amount and they said no thats the hotels.com problem and not them. So upset that was the main reason i booked this hotel.

Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional owner. Leaves his relatives at the front desk who can’t speak English. She has to call him to help translate! To add to that, WiFi doesn’t work, the charging ports are BEHIND the bed headboards so they’re inaccessible. Bugs all over. Just unbearable. Might as well burn your money and sleep in your car. I did the latter!

It was adequate for the price and location. Parking was tight and someone crashed into my car and since it seems to have shady guests who peel out and play loud stupid rap music of course they dont care, so park at your own risk.

Very mediocre hotel
We showed up 2 hours early and the room was not ready. We asked if we could leave the suitcases and were refused. We asked if we could have a couple of chairs to wait - and were refused. There was no common space. So we had to wait sitting on a staircase. The room was fairly clean, but the lock on the bathroom door was broken, the toilet paper holder was also broken. There was a lot of noise - some sort of a fight during the day. Luckily, we did not have to stay the night .

they took the money and didn’t give the documents, the dirty room, the air conditioning inside was dusty and not working, the towel was covered with cigarettes, the refrigerator could not be opened. everything is very old and dirty, it was a big mistake to choose this hotel, the area as a whole was dirty and dangerous, it was good that we stopped for one night.

Please spend some extra dollars and avoid this trash motel. I really am not picky to stay a night for a quick rest, but this place is a filthy craphole. I even got ichy while using the blanket. Insects and cockroaches everywhere. Please believe me when I say: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

The Service was ok.. but the room 212 that i was in.. Had Roaches.in room and bath room.. Bathroom was not clean.. I had the room for 2nights was only able to do one night. and was not able to sleep well.. never again.

The people who run the hotel are very friendly. The rooms are dirty and very run down. Bathroom was horribly dirty, the vanity only had 1 out of 4 lights working (2 bulbs gone). Most outlets were not working, sink faucet not fastened down making it hard to turn it off and on, towel rack falling off of walls. It seemed like the room was used for storage with all of the extra furniture tucked in. The room was quiet but the neighborhood is less than desirable (scary actually). I would not stay here again.

Reasonable price, but poor room quality
Room has broken tile floor as you enter the bathroom. Very worn carpet that requires deep cleaning. The pillow cases were stained with makeup, although they seemed to be washed. The sink did not seem like it was sanitized and I had to wipe down with a wet wipe before we used it. The room has a mini fridge that we would have wanted to work so we could put our waters and juices to keep cold. Plugged in for several hours and it did not work. I would stay again if these issues were resolved since it was a reasonable price.

I didn’t that once I entered my room I immediately saw a cockroach. The up side is that is has private parking, refrigerator (even though it was rusty) and free WiFi (which some hotels do not offer or charge for internet).

No hot water a cetain part of the time. I have to unplug the fridz to be able to use the microwave becase outlet is not working properly. Overall stay...i won't be comming back.

The bed was clean but hard. The room was falling apart. Broken shards of tile in the bathroom. The bathroom door barely closed and it looked like it had been broken into. The sink faucet was barely hanging on. When we tried to speak to the front desk about the problem, they didn't speak English.

The only real thing I didn’t like was the room smelled like cigarette smoke really bad, and the beds were really hard and there was only one outlet by the sink which was kind of falling off the wall, and the little fridge didn’t get cold.
