I guess we're in the summer price hike. Usually I say it's the most bang for your buck in the South Bay, but not right now. Maybe in another month, when prices come back down. Other than that, everything was good. I couldn't use the viewing guide for the tv, that was slightly upsetting.

It's always clean and quiet. The A/C had no power button. It was left unplugged, when I plugged it in, it came on. That's something they should think about fixing.

I was in room 108 for 1 night, 7/28/24. It was a difficult room for me to enter and exit, as the property management knows I'm disabled. It's a high step into the room. Also, the tv remote didn't do much. You can not turn the tv on or off via the remote. You can not adjust the volume or punch in channel numbers, you could only change channels with the channel up or down button. I couldn't get the viewing guide to work, either. TV viewing is a huge part of a hotel stay, therefore I feel this trip was more or less ruined.

Staff is wonderful as always, the comfort was good. I love this place and it's one of my favorites places in the south bay. Only concern I have is that the room could be touched up on paint and minor details every now and then to keep it nice as it is. Overall I love staying there, and I have been coming for many many years and will come many more. Staff is ALWAYS welcoming and feels like family every time.
