Have stayed at Dunes Wilshire several times great location very close to downtown LA food shopping and tourist attractions without the crowds highly recommended very comfortable and pleasant staff

Great hotel & location
Nice comfortable room, we were by the roadside so there was some noise but it was;t so bad. Only negative is there were no bedside lamps of any kind, it was full light or nothing. Great central location.

This is my second time staying here. Pros - clean, great staff, good location Cons - the mattresses and pillows are awful, I woke up with neck pain every day. - shutters don't block sun light - thin walls - sucks if you have loud neighbors - wifi can be unstable and not password protected - heater isn't consistent - comes in and out Overall decent stay for warmer weather but not sure for colder weather when people are inside more. The mattress and pillows alone make me not want to come back even though everything else is great.

The Dunes is a basic but very clean and well run property. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy and always well maintained.

It isn’t like the newest fanciest property. You get what you pay for, however, it was clean, pool was maintained, and the staff was nice. Our car broke down immediately after we checked out and the staff was nice enough to let us back in our room while we waited for the roadside assistance. Which was helpful since it was chilly and we had a wild toddler with us.

Located in a very quiet and secluded business area of Los Angeles. Easy access for Uber/Lyft. Big spacious room, comfortable, clean, good size fridge, quiet and well tempered. I'd definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay
I just needed a clean bed and bathroom for a couple nights, and this hotel worked out well. It was clean, everything worked, the bed was comfortable enough. It’s not the Ritz, but that’s OK.
