I checked in at 130am and the woman behind the desk was dressed in street clothes. Specifically a hoodie with some advertisement on it. Very unprofessional. She gave me a room that was occupied by someone. I saw shoes and a heard a female gasp. I hauled my luggage back down to the front desk and advised the woman in the hoodie about this. Her response was "Are you sure?" Umm, yes, I am not hallucinating! She then said she was suppose dto give me room 624 and by mistake game me the key for 524, which was occupied!! There was NEVER any apology for giving me someone else's room!Right then she should have upgraded me for risking my life by entering an occupied room at 130 am! Instead she gave me 624, which has a connecting door but my door had no lock. I called down expressing my concern and she said the door locks when shut and she could not give me another room, but I could ask the manager in the am. Well, I do not believe the door locks without a lock, so I barricaded the door. IN the am I asked for another room and explained the nightmare that occurred by being given the wrong room key at 130am. They did not care ad said if I wanted a room that is not connecting I would have to pay an extra $20 to $25 a night. I was supposed to stay another 3 nights. I asked to change from a two bed to one ned room, and they said the same. I spoke with Gina and Brian. Both were rude. Brian, especially as he hung on on me. I left 3 days early and stayed at another hotel! I'm never going back
