Our bad experience began the moment we stepped off the elevator and were hit with an odor of garbage which literally was in bags outside many room doors. Once in our room, unfortunately it didn’t improve. Rooms are very old and smell. They also tell you the room comes with free breakfast; what a joke. Some old looking pre-packaged muffins and tiny styrofoam cups for coffee! The staff, or one person in particular, was so rude both when I called the front desk and in person when I was checking out. She was standing at the counter and as soon as I started talking to her (Janis), she very rudely said I’m not supposed to be doing anything, I’m on my lunch. Umm, hello …. then don’t stand at the counter where a CUSTOMER just might need something

This property is exceptional.. nobody would expect to have the quiet easy especially it being one block away from a major street , and next to a fire station, the rooms are clean,staff is beyond accommodating, also the pet friendly atmosphere makes it more comforting, dogs get to interact with other dogs,so it's kind a vacation for them too!

I had to ask for a change of rooms. My first room the bathroom had water damage with an odor also the heater wasn’t working. Ask desk around 2am for another room. My room was changed. I enjoyed the rest of my stay.

The property is maintained pretty well and its very close to restaurants and shopping. I appreciate that they offer fully functional kitchens and laundry on site.

You get what you pay for.
Looked like a nice place but found a critter in the kitchen cabinet. Also there was no one at the front desk at night so no one to call if anything was needed. And the crowd there was very loud and unruly. Several people shouting all night and at one point it sounded like police was called. Sketch sketch sketch.

Positive notes is the Fact that it was clean and in a great location, not happy with the fact that they claim to have continental breakfast that was not so all they provided was coffee with some Nutrigrain bars. They do have Stove, microwave and refrigerator in the room but no utensils too use or hair blower. you need to ask for It from the front desk. Some of the Front desk staffers are not the friendliest staffers. Buy the way on Our last evening two different bugs appeared, a bug with wings and a roach. And on checking out which was at 5:30AM their was no staffer available, even though the night before I was told there is someone always there in the morning, good thing another staffer came by to check us out.
