Only issue was my ac was not cooling, I did not request anything to be done because I was tired and it was late. I’m sure they would have accommodated me had I requested. Staff is very efficient and friendly.

Lots of kitchen space and refrigerator. There was an unknown stain on the bedding when we entered. Staff was nice and responsive. Elevator didn't work on my check out day so had to take all my luggage down from the 3rd floor.

The receptionist at night with long hair is not really welcoming. She kept telling the lady who does the laundry that she is tired and doesn’t smile at all. I didn’t even go back to the front after checking in because they look all tired and irritated to guests coming in.

The staff were nice and friendly. The outside grounds were a misrepresentation of what the inside/room was like. The carpet in the room was old and patched up, the smell is must and old wet linen was highly prevalent. Our towels smelled like they were folded wet and been sitting in the room for months and months. Overall it was a place to lay our heads while we were out and about. This is not a place I would hang out at. I would NOT stay here again.
