What a cute boutique hotel. Very spacious rooms, and the bathrooms are cool, completely tiled, no lip on the shower, with a shower wand. Soaps shampoos conditioners all liquid and provided for you mounted on the wall. Simple furnishings very chic. Filtered water available in the hallway. Parking is first come first serve under the hotel. You want to get there early to get parking. The area is in the middle of a city and the signage on the streets can be confusing. Friendly staff. I would stay again. Very close to many restaurants. Not in the cleanest or ritziest place of Los Angeles, but... Really good value and way better than a chain hotel. Lots of food within 0.25 mi to walk to.

This property has been incredible. The beds are so comfy the surrounding area is decent, but what else can you except in Santa Monica Blvd. the parking situation is convenient too. All around great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

First I can hear every car driving on Santa Monica Blvd literally all night. The glass windows are useless. Can’t sleep well. Second this hotel uses passcode for door entrance. I was locked out of my room three times a night, hate it when I had to go down 6 times to figure out how to get into my own room. The front desk guy (the young guy with curly hair) was nice and helpful but still this shouldn’t be an issue at first place. The while older reception guy was not very welcoming.

Wonderful to find a new, well-equipped hotel in such a central location. Exceptionally quiet & effective a/c (a true mini split with a real thermostat, not the typical hotel unit). Onsite parking is limited but fantastic if you get it.

Room is all right, basically clean and neat. Just a little moisture even with the a/c on. You cannot do anything with the a/c thou. I had to turn off the a/c by the main switch on the wall. A/c actually a little bit noise to me and it’s blowing straight to my head which I do not like. But it is very personal, I know some ppl don’t care. They have their own garage and fee is fair. The only thing is the ground got the front of our car every time we go in and out. We drove a Camry. Staffs are nice and friendly. Location is quiet.
