Didn’t like the smell in the room. It smells moldy. Staff was amazing. Had a leak under sink and it was dealt with almost instantly. I would return here.

Extreme noisy 24/7 since it is just located by the Interstate 405, especially the west side where all double queen bedrooms are located. But nothing is worse then getting bitten by bedbugs!!!! Can't believe it is a hotel of Marriot-bonvoy after saw ~10bumps on right thigh in the morning!!! I took the picture and showed it to the front desk. The manager said he would report it and follow up however never got any feedback later! Never go to this one!

The place was at a perfect location for all the activities we did. We mainly just slept there. The housekeeping did great cleaning and stocking towels. I felt safe and it was walking distance from a mall across the street

Noise from freeway
Our room is next to the freeway. Window will not completed shut with opening about 3 cm. Very loud from cars, motorcycle and other vehucles. A/C will disguise the noise when running. Called front desk for help but i had to cancel as no one was coming and its getting late at night. Had to get up early for a tour.

Reservation means nothing!
I was a little disappointed in Sheraton LA. I was staying here with several others for a work event. Three weeks prior to our stay we had 4 rooms reserved (and paid), all rooms with two queen beds. When we checked in we were given our rooms and thought all was good. Five minutes later 2 of us were back downstairs because we only had single beds. The man at the desk said they were sold out of rooms with 2 beds. I explained that I reserved and paid for these rooms 3 weeks ago. He said that the reservation only guarantees a room not the type of room. Not only was I irritated that I only had single beds in two of the rooms but the fact that he did not mention anything when we checked in. The hotel did nothing to make good on this issue and the entire interaction with this front desk person was a bad experience. Overall he was rude and not professional.
