We stay at this hotel often but this time we received a room that was a bit run down. Flooring was scuffed & dirty. No wash rags provided. However out of all the times we’ve stayed this was the first time we were disappointed. Probably just a fluke. I would still recommend this hotel if you are wanting to be close to the beach. The underground parking is very convenient & it’s in walking distance to some restaurants. Try Bledsoe bbq right down the street! So good

We asked a room for 3, there’s just two towels here. We’ve heard about the breakfast and it’s not a continental breakfast how says here. We’ll check soon. And you need to pay for parking, so it’s not something they offer for guests like says here. At least it’s very clean, they’re fast on returning our msgs asking about our dog and the room is good, noisy but clean and spacious.

Staff were all great. Unfortunately, the noise from other guests stomping around at all hours in the room above me completely ruined any peace on the first night. If you stay here, be aware that laminate floors do not make for good neighbors & loud flushing toilets add to the disturbance.

Great hotel in a convenient location
We really enjoyed our stay at the Gateway. The location was convenient to our planned outings. The sun decks had beautiful views and were quiet and secluded. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, comfortable, and modern. The free breakfast was nice as well. A better selection than I had expected. We were able to borrow beach towels before heading down to the beach. We walked down to the boardwalk one day and took the bus another. Both easy and safe options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
