There were no drawers for clothes, and no clock. Also, the wooden door to the refrigerator just fell off when we opened it. We had no idea how to use the heat until we called guest services. The guy we spoke to was great and explained how to use the heat in the room. But it wasn't obvious, and there should be an instruction card in the room. Hot water in the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was ok. But I would like to give a real thumbs up to Lourdes at the front desk. We asked her to arrange for us to get a taxi to go to the airport (we don't like Uber), and she was polite, friendly, and got it done for us with great efficiency. We really appreciated that.

Room 330 tv, fridge not working. Transferred to room 228, fridge not working even I put temp to the lowest. Hassle of transfer from one room to another. My advice test everything in working order before getin situated/unpacking.
