There was some loud people (guests) there, but the hotel was really clean and elegant. Some of the front desk and valet staff were really friendly.

So-So Stay Which is Sad

Stay was so-so, which is disappointing on the price of this hotel. Furniture/lamps falling apart, key cards had to be rekeyed immediately going up to my room. Key card didn’t work going into parking. Breakfast is expensive. The bartender remembered my drink and that service was good. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Even though the room showed a chair with an ottoman, my room didn’t have an ottoman. Called front desk & I was informed that some rooms didn’t have an ottoman but they would see if they could locate one. Never heard back from them. The chair was very uncomfortable

Place is clean and very pleasant in the lobby area. The pool area is also nice and larger than most hotels. Downside is parking here. It is expensive and the self park automated system did. It work for most patrons while we stayed there. It is across the street which means you would be stuck either at the parking gate or behind others until someone went across the busy 4 lane road to get assistance. They said there is a help button at the kiosk but there is not. For 47$ per night the system should be More reliable. Also the staff I mentioned this to at the front desk was rude and told me to talk to the valet manager. However, the valet staff were some of the nicest and most hospitable staff you could ask for.
