The chest of drawers in the room was chipped, scratched and faded. The bathroom sliding door had splashes of dried white lotion or liquid soap on it. The sloping shower floor felt uneasy and scary. Cannot believes this was a Hilton hotel room! Hotel guest valet parking of $49 a day was steep! In addition I was double charged for parking. Valet Parking’s response was that I parked two different black cars, a Toyota Camry and a Honda. I only parked one black Toyota Camry! I have to now wait for 2-3 days to receive a credit of $100 because I was overcharged.

The mandatory valet parking was awful. First, it’s $50 a night, so expensive and for what? It would have been okay if the service was good but they took forever to get our vehicle every time, and were not helpful. We were told it was so busy but they had like 8 guys working just standing outside the door doing nothing at all, so they were not busy.
