Had a truck and trailer parked in the hotel parking lot and they wanted to charge me all the spaces that I was taken up. Mind you that the huge parking lot they had was 3/4 empty. After some discussion, I ended up paying for 2 parking spaces. Will never stay here again just for that inconvenience. There’s a lot more safer/ cleaner hotels.

A recent remodel left me without hot water three mornings in a row. The staff was receptive about the problem but never got it resolved during my stay. Everything else was great.

Overall, really enjoyed my stay. Only thing I was a little irked by was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom and the shower only had liquid soap in wall mounted dispenser so washing my hands wasn't the quickest or easiest process lol However, the room itself was great and the bathroom was very nice also. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had at any hotel before. Quite a good spread of food and beverage options. I even got a cup of coffee to go when I got on the road to go back home. Definitely would recommend if you've got business in the area.

The staff are very rude. They wouldn't allow me to check in even after paying. The manager was never available. I called corporate for a complaint and they never called back. I paid for 2 nights only got one and still fighting for an answer
